You can actually get an appraisal to get market value and make your case that the car is low mileage and therefore possibly "collectable". But you need comparables to prove value. Normal maintenance (what you spent on tires, oil, etc) will not add value but upgrades will. You might get pain and suffering but then it usually matches or is half of your hospital bills (can't remember the ratios). Good luck.
